Houston Sunrise Kiwanis
Welcomes You!
The Kiwanis Club of Houston Sunrise is a community service organization for business and community leaders. Since the Club's inception in 1993, our members have embraced the goal of serving the children, youth and adults of our community.
- Join us for breakfast every first and third Thursday at 7 a.m. at the Pinemont campus of Houston Community College, located at the Southeast corner of Pinemont and Ella Blvd. You'll meet other business leaders, hear an interesting speaker from the community, and learn more about Club activities. Community service is the essence of Kiwanis International.
- Through our volunteer efforts, we have assisted organizations like Child Advocates, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Manna Community Center, the Northwest YMCA, Interfaith Ministries, La Rosa, Habitat for Humanity and Shoes for Orphan Souls.
- An important aspect of Kiwanis is organizing service clubs among youth. Our Club sponsors a K-Kids Club at Oak Forest Elementary School, a Key Club at B.T. Washington High School, and a Key Club at Barbara Jordan High School.
